Francisco Anes-Arteche, who is studying towards a degree with Brunel University London at TWI, was one of the students awarded a travel grant in the 2016 awards. The additional funding meant he was able to attend EUROCORR 2016 in Montpellier.
Francisco said: 'EUROCORR was a total success and a great opportunity to meet new people and experts in my research field. I would like to encourage students to apply for this Travel award from the Armours & Brasiers' Company. In my experience, this is one of the best experiences during my PhD, and it can be the same for you.'
