EWH50-FSW High Performance FSW Head
This robust, compact and flexible welding head is designed for welding plates up to 10 mm in Al 6000 alloys. Due to it´s tight design it´s especially suitable for robotic FSW welding, enabling 3D joint geometries, although it may also be used together with other ESAB FSW carriers. EWH50-FSW is equipped with integrated liquid cooling system of motor spindle and FSW tool to secure high volume production and long lifetime. The head enables welding with conventional tool, Stationary Shoulder as well as with Fixed Bobbin.
High accuracy load sensor fitted close to the tool for exact measuring and feed back.
