At TWI Pakistan, we believe that it is important to maintain a good working environment in order to allow our staff to thrive and develop their careers.
We opened our new offices with an official inauguration ceremony on 1 November 2021, attended by TWI’s Director of Legal, Governance and Compliance, Shahid Aslam. These new premises provide a base of operations for our work supporting TWI around the world.

Wellbeing
TWI Pakistan also works hard to look after the wellbeing of our employees, believing that the key to a healthy life is having a healthy mind. Wellness is the complete integration of body, mind, and spirit – the realisation that everything we do, think, feel, and believe has an effect on our state of well-being.
As such, TWI Pakistan hosts special events to engage the staff in healthy activities as well as building team spirit. One example was the virtual cricketing event that was held at the offices, allowing for some friendly competition too!

Annual Gala Dinner
We were also pleased to welcome Warren Bath and Shahid Aslam over from TWI Cambridge in the UK to celebrate the 75th anniversary of TWI. The celebrations included souvenirs being distributed by Country Manager Jawad Zubair as well as some dancing!

We appreciate the importance of working hard and achieving your goals, but also understand that a happy and engaged workforce is a more effective workforce and that maintaining the wellbeing of our staff is paramount.
