TWI’s Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TEC Eurolab SRL is now fully operational.
Originally signed in May of this year, the MoU provides enhanced resources for our Members around the World, and especially with respect to European and other international collaborative opportunities.
The agreement opens up opportunities for collaborative testing programmes for areas including aerospace, automotive, environmental testing, metallic and non-metallic materials qualification, failure analysis, non-destructive testing and more.
TEC Eurolab is an independent and impartial third-party industrial laboratory based in Italy. Accredited to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and NADCAP, TEC Eurolab’s centre of excellence for laboratory test and non-destructive testing, training and certification, provides materials analysis and testing, assisting manufacturing companies in research and providing the highest standards of quality and safety for products and processes.
By combining our resources, expertise and knowledge, TWI and TEC Eurolab can offer extended capabilities for the benefit of industry and our respective customers.
We are also pleased to announce plans for a jointly delivered workshop on testing for the aerospace and space sectors, which will be delivered early in 2023 – we will provide more details on this first event soon.
